Signs Your Viking Welding & Fabrication Is Failing

• Hairline crack at the hinge plate or weld bead. This is the earliest and most common warning. • The gate leans back against the drive post. This is a post-plate weld that has failed completely. The gate is now hanging on the hinge pin and the drive arm, and every cycle is stressing the motor bearings. This is the one that should not wait.
